2. Site Inspection & Measurement, Contract Agreement 现场勘察及丈量, 确认委托
understanding site condition & deposit of design fee
了解场地环境和支付设计费用定金
3. Space Planning / Proposal 空间规划与概念设计
provide layout plan & mood board
提供平面方案,与业主沟通平面和风格概念
4. 3D Visual Perspective 效果图设计
provide 3d perspective view for space,colour & material matching
进行含空间,色彩和材料搭配的效果图
5. Full Set Construction Drawing 施工图
3d confirmation, construction drawing & detail drawing
确认效果图, 开始全套施工图绘制
6. Material Selection and Specification 颜色材料挑选
material list and specification on item needed with sample support
提供建材材料清单及样品
7. Final Quotation 报价单
drafting quotation based on confirmed design drawings & discuss project detail
草拟工程报价单和商讨工程细节
8. Sign Contract Agreement 签订工程同意书
confirm quotation and deposit of contract
签订工程同意书及支付定金
9. Site Progress 工程进度
make sure site is in progress by following drawings
确认工程进度及依照施工图进行
10. Site Handover 工程完工与验收
hand over site to client, site inspection with client, photoshooting & work done
现场验收与交接, 拍摄成品及完工
